Help: Upgrade from Embernet to Zigbee pro

This is the first time I'm doing this and ran into some problems with 3 wireless outlet dimmers.

Following the 1.7 to 1.8 update instructions, Here's what I did:

1. went to network tools

2. selected a HC300 for the EmberNet upgrade

3. Network tools -> embernet upgrade shows the upgrade to 100%

4. Network tools -> ZigBee Network show the wireless outlet online, version 03.06.14M, and UpdateFailed.

if I unplug, replug, the updates starts and fails again.

I also disconnected the HC300 embernet.

Help please. Need this for xmas installations!
