urbanmark
One of my dimmers (1.7.4) has been working great for 2+ years. It still works manually, but suddenly won't respond to any programming (lighting scenes from a 6 button, remote or commands from CHE). LEDs are functioning normally. Over the last couple of days, I've tried power cycling the dimmer and power cycling my HC300 with no luck. I've also tried the 9-9-9 taps mentioned in another thread. The dimmer is located in a triple-gang box with two other dimers that are functioning normally. Any advice on further trouble-shooting? I've got a house full of people arriving in 3 days and hope to have it sorted out before then.

urbanmark
Apparently, if you cross your fingers and just keep power cycling (controller and dimmer) over the course of three days - everything sorts itself out Not very scientific, but just glad everything is working agin. CFUG
Yeah, welcome to the world of wireless. As mentioned by Ryan and saavy dealers, the RF fielld in a typical house can impact the success of multiple devices in many ways.
