Terrafirma Posted December 28, 2011 Share Posted December 28, 2011 Brand New user needs assistance Initializing Please Wait message shows on Control4 Amplifier - we were told to shut off unit and wait 10 minutes and turn back on by our dealer, only thing they could suggest. Not working.On our Watch setting - the projector doesn't turn off in Satellite mode but turns off ok in BluRay and DVD modes? Dealer said that they fixed it remotely but still having problem.Any guidance or suggestions greatly appreciated.Thank you. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
nikon Posted December 28, 2011 Share Posted December 28, 2011 If you don't have any front panel control on the amp, and power cycling the unit doesn't help, your dealer should contact C4 tech support.
