bdrackett
I recently had Control4 installed in the home and for about 2 months everything worked fine. Recently however, the Apple TV has stopped responding to the IR signal. I have checked the IR cable and it is working correctly, and has not been removed or moved from the Apple TV box. Any suggestions on how I can get this working correctly again?

RyanE
Does the emitter blink when the Control4 system is sending IR to the Apple TV?RyanE
bdrackett
Yes the emitter does blink when I use the Control4 remote, but the Apple TV does not respond.
RyanE
If you're sure the IR Emitter hasn't moved, it sounds like your IR driver for the AppleTV has gotten corrupted somehow.I'd try replacing it and/or re-learning it, but that's typically something a dealer does with ComposerPro.RyanE
