  1. Hi everyone I just wanted to thank Neil for all the hard work and the fast response on getting my HC800 software update to the 2.9.0 firmware and adding additional drivers to my system everything is working the way it should I very pleased with the work that has been done, I have to say I found my programmer from here on out

  2. Hi, Neil.  I've had a new problem crop up in the last few days with the Amazon Echo driver. It appears to lose its connection to my Control4 system. I get an error that the device could not be found, please check network and power conditions when I try to execute a command. If I go into ComposerHE and redo device discovery (tell Echo to search for devices, tell the driver to Resend Discovery, everything works for a bit. But, by the next time I go to use the Echo (say 12 hours), I've lost the connection again. I've repeated this behavior several times.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Best regards,

    David

Not entirely sure on this one.  It might be worth contacting the creator of the driver.

Do you have the Echo set with a MAC reservation in your router or set to a static ip?
