  1. My Leaf HDMI 10x10 matrix is on the fritz. I've already lost three outputs and it won't stream 4K anymore. I've got six sources and six displays. What are some good options to replace my failing matrix? Get a new one or go MOIP?
  2. Watched TV just fine yesterday for a while. Turned it on an hour or so later and the TV won't respond. The LU1E balun is flashing orange with no green lights on the HDBase T or LAN connection. Any idea what's going on and how to fix it?
  3. The power to my CA-1 got unplugged and after plugging it back in, the led was blue, then green, then it turned off. I'm used to it being blue, indicating it's connected to my system. With the light off now, nothing in the system is working, as far as remotes, etc. Composer says it's online and running, but I'm getting zero signal from anything on the Zigbee network screen. Any ideas how to fix this?
  4. Hey everyone, I'm looking to utilize my Apple TV 4k and DISH 4k output but some of my TVs aren't 4k. Planning to upgrade those eventually, but for now what downscalers work well on the display end? I've looked at the Sewell Echo but the fine print says it's not HDCP 2.2 compatible, which the Apple TV is.
  5. I'm ready to buy!!! I need six 260 remotes & charging stations. Anybody have them in stock?
  6. Does anyone have experience with a system that has some 4K displays and other 1080 displays and how it works with say Apple TV 4K or DISH that can display either resolution? Do the sources bounce back and forth between resolution depending on the display or do you have to set it and forget it (all or nothing), especially with something like a Leaf HDMI matrix in the mix?
  7. I get that; I was with Control4 in its very early days and was grandfathered in with the Pro version software. A perk I've just about worn out so thought I'd try my luck and see if I could fix this on my own...but it seems the winds of luck are against me this time.
  8. Can someone share a link or PDF of KB 1398? I'm an end user and can't login to the C4 tech portal and the steps listed previously either don't apply or didn't solve my issue with connecting.
  9. Does anyone have a list of what equipment no longer works with an E controller and OS 3+?
  10. I've installed a new Samsung TV and am trying to set it up to control via ethernet. I followed the setup notes and entered the wired MAC address into Composer. I've enabled the IP Remote on the TV's settings and followed everything else. When I click 'Pair with TV' under the Actions tab, I never get the notification on the TV to allow the pairing. I've disabled IP Remote and re-enabled it but no change. I double checked the MAC address too. I turned off HDMI-CEC. What else am I missing?
  11. Should I power down the Leaf matrix before changing a TV that's connected to it? I'm essentially disconnecting the HDMI and ethernet cables (from the balun to the TV, not the network switch to the balun).
  12. Is it normal for the update manager to show everything up-to-date after updating the a controller to 2.10.6, even if the other IE TS and IO extender are still at 2.9.1? Shouldn't they all change to the latest version?
  13. I need to update a 7" IE TS (TSWMC7-EG) from the factory default 2.0.1 to 2.2.1 so I can update it to 2.9.1. Does anyone have an image or update path to get it to 2.2.1?
  14. How do you enable the IR emitter function from a LU1E HDBaseT receiver from the switch or in Composer? Are those supposed to be mono or stereo IR emitters from the receiver to the TV? Or once the right input/output connections are made, Composer just knows to send IR to the receiver?
