  2. No worries Ryan. Thanks for your guidance. Yes I was trying to add my favorite channels via the mobile app, not the Neeo remote. Looks like I have to contact my dealer to add a "channels" option when I select watch. Then I should be able to add favorite channels. Thanks again!!
  3. No I do not have a "channels option" when I go to watch. I will ask my dealer to set it up for me. Thanks for your assistance/guidance!
  4. Good morning, I recently upgrade to OS3 with the new NEEO remote and have searched and searched but cannot find directions/instructions on how to add my favorite DIRECTV channels (i.e. ESPN, HBO, ABC, etc). Does anyone have this information that you can send to me? Thanks in advance!
  5. I recently upgraded my C4 system to OS3 to include 2 new remotes. Therefore, I no longer have use for the controllers and remotes. I will take best offer. If anyone is interested, please email me at rodsshow@aol.com to discuss further. Thank you.
  6. Today, I added two google access points to my network and I had to reset my wifi to do so. Now, I can't get any music from any of my audio zones. When I select Pandora and choose a station, the C4 app says it's playing but I'm not getting any sound from any of my zones. Everything else appears to be working fine. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

  9. Soooooo....are you guys saying that Pandora via SONOS is no longer available via C4? If not, I also have Spotify. Can I add that?
  10. I did update Sonos like I always when prompted. Out of luck? What does that mean?
  11. I'm receiving the following error when trying to access Pandora via C4 from my Sonos soundbar "Service Missing. This music service is not set up in Sonos yet. Please configure it in a Sonos controller first. Any ideas on how to fix this or do I have to contact my dealer?? Thanks in advance!
  12. Thanks for your reply! I'm sorry but I am strictly a user. I have no idea what type of amp or matrix. Is this something that I can look up? The controller is hc800. That is all that I know.

  15. On my iPad, under the "preferences" screen, under "advanced", I do see "Reset App". When pressed it says "This will require you to add your system to the app again using your C4 account username and password." Is this what you're talking about??
  16. Ok, inside the C4 app on my iPhone and iPad, I press the gears (settings), then press my system but I do not see a pencil. After I press my system, the "details" show up and as I scroll through it, I do not see anywhere where it gives me the option to synch.
  17. Not sure what he is? I apologize, I was not clear on my issue...the security APP is missing from my mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, etc). It does show up on my GUI screen on the home televisions. I have 4Sight subscription. I checked my mobile devices for updates but there were not any. It seems to be a simple fix however, I don't know what it is. Appreciate your ideas, assistance and suggestions.
  18. Dealer performed system update. Now my security app is missing. Can't view my cameras. How do I get it back? Is it something that the dealer has to do or can I do it myself?? Thanks in advance!!
  19. Thank you for quick response C4 Guru! I tried it as you suggested "Start with SONOS through your in-ceilings, then use the SONOS app/program to group the playbar with the connect. See if it makes a difference." That was the first way I tried it when I noticed the lag. No change. There is still a lag. Where are you getting your audio from? Is it on all sources video and music? If I understand your question correctly....I am getting my audio from Pandora. Thanks again for your assistance! Rod
  20. Hi all, Just recently had SONOS installed to go with my C4. I have a SONOS bridge, SONOS Connect, and a SONOS Playbar. All of my other speakers are wired through my C4. However, when I play SONOS through C4 and group the Playbar, the play bar has a lag of about 2 seconds in the music. You walk from the dining room (where my in ceiling speakers are into the bedroom where the play bar is and there is a 2 second delay. Do I have something hook up wrong? Is there a fix for this where there is no lag?? Thank you. Rod
  21. The WMB is wired (ethernet) directly to the NETGEAR ProSafe 8 port gigabyte switch Model# GS108
  22. I also have a Apple Airport Extreme (located downstairs) and a Airport Express located upstairs. The WMB is located in a stereo rack along with the rest of the equipment upstairs in a closet.
