say I want to make a report and only show first floor

I can't seem to find the driver for this TV. I also tried to also the QNLS Driver and it did not work.

TV looks like it is IP Control because the Menu's have the options for IP Remote.

Intercom is installed in hallway of building 

floor is carpet 

sometimes when a person touches it to get ready to press , the person will get a small static shock and the unit will reboot.

we tried to change the unit and even add a anti static door mat 

we also grounded the ground terminal.

any comments please ?

Having issue with C4 and Yamaha 

Yamaha goes to mute even though I press volume up 

but if I turn off/on Yamaha with Yamaha remote , it’s fine 

AVR is

I have this working fine. But I can't seem to Set the Alarm and Bypass open Sensors.

Any ideas?

If you call DSC ask for Cell communications 

they can config it

give them the sIm numbers 

Central station has an account with Connect24 

tell them they have to go to the interactive tab

see the specs

• Remote activating and programming through C24 Communications

So if you have the LTE Version 

Then this is with Connect 24?

you need to have your central station configure the ETHERNET for Control4 

you need to give the central station the IP of C4 Director
