I need to do some home automation. I will have Control4 unity and I want to see how to accomplish this. I want to unify a cell call coming on one of family members from Condo Buzzer system and TV channel 998 lobby video feed into one application (preferably web) with a softphone touch where I can let someone with pressing "9" when I know who I see in the lobby.
A visitor comes to a condo front lobby and selects a tenant by browsing for its name and selects the tenant which calls a cell phone which is registered with the condo Buzzer system.
I need to handle the case when this phone is out of range of cell towers, dead batteries etc. and I want to have multiple cell phones to be called preferably starting from cell phones which are in the condo building, but also allow this call to be redirected to some kind of conference call which will have some user interface (let's say on IPad or Windows Laptop or some interface on Smart TV) which will Accept Gather User Input via Keypad (DTMF Tones - simulated via softphone or conference software).
Additionally a video feed should can be displayed on TV by tuning to channel 998 (Rogers) so we can see who is buzzing. Preferably I would like to join both voice calls and video feed into one interface with ability to press "9" to open the door.
Any party on the conference call can press "9" to enter the building. Eventually kids might not be allowed to press 9 on their application only to see who is comming and only parents on the cell can press "9" which is returned to Buzzer system (that initiated call).
So I don't want something to be said but to return "Pressing digit nine".
How can I introduce Control4 into the picture. I will have their app on IPad. How an my app appear on their interface? I know there is Twilio driver for Control4 but it seems to be only for sending SMS messages

@c44me Can you post your solution? Is it done with Twilio Control4 driver and Twilio voice service. Any conferencing?
