We have a client that has a DS2 door station and a Luma 710 camera for the video feed. There is always video streaming issues when someone hits the call button and the client is trying to view from his T4 touch screens. We are using the third stream option and the camera resolution matches. Its been a forever issue and we are using Araknis 310 POE switch for power and network and have other Araknis switches feeding the network. Multicast is turned off in the router and wondering if deleting and readding the communication driver will help.

we are having issues with a HAI Omni Pro alarm system communicating with Control4 App or touch screens. Composer shows it online and token key inputs correctly from Driver Central but the encryption key from the alarm keypad isnt accepted from the composer software. The key is 16 characters under P1 and another 16 characters under P2 so we combine the number starting from P1.
Are you familiar with the omni pro driver from Driver Central?
