I am experiencing this exact same problem. Obvious temporary workaround is to bypass the outlets to a simple power strip. The Web based WattBox UI does not show any events and the status reads green through the cycling so there was no easy way to trouble shoot or even identify this unless you were sitting and starring at the rack of equipment. Thanks for doing the leg work as this was just my problem down to the timing of the cycle. I also had all auto reboot disabled.
