Purchased and installed the Pentair Intelliconnect last April, 2020. Worked ok most of the time, was notified of the app change from Link2o to Pentair Home. In the middle of switching over last week while it was updating, my internet supposedly lost connection and I was instructed by the app to turn off power to the intelliconnect for 30 seconds and re-start. Well to my surprise, after turning the power back on, my intelliconnect showed no signs of life. There was power to the circuit but board no lights whatsoever, everything quit. Been trying to get an answer form Pentair but no luck. I was wondering if the partial update may have caused my issue? Just seems strange the circuit board fried while this was being installed because I have power cycled my intelliconnect many times in the past and never had any issues.
Any ideas??
