Same question for Yale real living locks? Do you have to pay fir a driver to on board/control these devices?

Ecobee is free. 
Yale would most likely go through the August driver is also free.

What options are available for existing outdoor landscape lighting and integration into C4? 

Not looking to change out the current lighting, but maybe replace the transformer, etc.
