I have a dCS Rossini Apex Player (CD Player and Music Streamer) and my dealer has managed to integrate ii into my Control4 system, with one exception around Power control. He has managed to replicate putting into Standby (2 second press on the dCS IR remote) but despite trying lots of different things cannot wake it (‘normal’ press on the dCS IR remote). Teaching Control4 the IR commands doesn’t seem to work with the dCS IR remote for whatever reason. Very grateful for any suggestions.

I am a customer with very limited knowledge of Control4 programming and am reliant on my dealer. I have two rooms with Amazon Fire TV, a second generation box and a second generation cube. In both rooms the Neeo handset randomly stops controlling Fire. It might start working agian for fifteen minutes just to stop again. My dealer (otherwise excellent) says that I have the latest driver and this is just how things are and the situation cannot be improved. Is this correct? Do I have a wrong setting in Fire?

As well as the Power On/Off issue I've got a very odd issue unless I'm missing something obvious. I cannot exit from FF and RW! PLAY on the Oppo 203 remote does this but not on the Neeo handset. If I'm in FF, serial presses of RW will slow FF down in stages to the slowest, but a further press jumps to the slowest REW speed bypassing normal play speed. The reverse scenario is also the case. STOP takes me to the Oppo homepage where I can choose BD followed by Resume Playback but slow and cumbersome.
