Yes they are POE,

We have found no real solution, and my DNS and everything is 8.8.8.8, and running all Unifi currently.

I installed 1 g4 pro door bell and no delays and no missed calls. only thing is there is no intercom on the T4's but I have the doorbell push pop up the camera, so can see but just can't talk to the person via the T4

Mine have never worked properly. I am at the latest version. if I reset communication is works for a day and then doesn't work anymore. works fine to the T4 or when I am on Wi-Fi. and if does ring it is so delayed the person is gone before I can even answer. Going to Swap them out to Unifi g4 Pro POE, i know I lose the intercom but at least it rings

Just messaged support they are doing it for me as well. damn there support is quick. there support is top notch

Not to get too far off topic, but where do you source your audio files for announcements? Do you record something? One thing I'd love to be able to do is have Josh make a verbal announcement but I don't think it's possible.

i have the same issue, would love a fix

to get past the input switching on startup, I turned on always on, but blank screen and quick start. works fine for me now

Depending on which Homehub 4000 you have there is an issue with the firmware for PPPoe passthrough. if you go to dslreports.com in the bell canada section there is a whole write up on it. if you have the affected modem you and request the fixed firmware in the Bell Direct forums.

after the update, sometimes you need a hard reset, happens to me. unplug the shield and leave it off for 30 seconds and plug it back in. it should sync back up, doing a software reboot doesn't work for some reason. you have to physically unplug it. it will come back after a couple minutes after it boots up.

I run the android app in a android emulator called bluestacks. works great

Just wondering how to setup a google voice routine to start a session in multiple rooms using a google voice and routines. I have no problem setting it for 1 zone, but I can it link 2 zones into a single session.

I am new to all this stuff and still trying to figure it out, I know how to turn to on the music via a button using a double tap but  not sure what to do to turn it off on a triple tap with out turning off everything in the room

Ended up having a t3 put in temporarily until the t4 with Ac power comes out

That's the problem. I need a T4 that does 120v. 

I want to add a couple more but no ethernet for Poe. Didn't think of it when running cables. And to hard to run new lines. 

Hope they have one soon so I can upgrade. Would like to have all the latest version. Since it's a new system

anyone know when the T4 screen will be available to be powered by AC and connect via WIFI? the tech sheet says it can but my dealer says it is only POE for now, and I don't have a ethernet where I want to put it. so we have a T3 there now but want a T4.

I find it weird that the spec sheet says the connector is there but the unit doesn't have it
