@IntrinsicGroup why is this so complicated?  The instructions leave a lot to be desired.  We have the driver set up, but it is not doing ANYTHING.  The Tailwind system is working great with the customers apps and bluetooth/geofence, but no control from Control4.  Please help.  I've logged a ticket with your system, but have not gotten an answer to the problem, so here are some screen shots. I am US Central time, so having some US support would be great. I'm sending screenshots to my support ticket now...

They do not. Different form factor.

Thanks Alan.   In your experience, what is their typical turnaround time from the moment they state they’re going to develop a firmware to actually providing it?

@alanchow is this driver compatible with the HikVision DS-KD8003 – IME1/Surface?
