I'm having some major issues with communication between Control4 (3.2.4.615802) and (QSX) V.22.0.0 Gen 7; I have attached a video for reference.
The problem is only occurring with the clients Savoia Lutron shades, the lights system is working solid. The shades drop when pressing the seeTouch keypads using the open/close/stop button, however, C4 is not tracking the state of the shades whatsoever. This is a problem because if the client is switching between the both control methods, C4 ends up not having the correct state.
On the other side, when controlling the Shades through C4, we are also experiencing a strange issue. You can drop shades with C4 despite the state being accurate or not. The problem is when you control shades through C4 it ends up locking up the keypads and in order to regain control you need three button presses to get the keypad button working again.
We have spent a lot of time troubleshooting unfortunately we have not had much success so any help would be greatly appreciated.
