Is there a known problem with 8 zone amps?

This is a known issue. All 3 of my 8 Zone amps have failed the same way you described with the red lights. Control 4 didn't want to honour the warranty which was a few months past expiry. However they did when I pressed them. Frankly C4 hardware is poor quality when compared to other mainstream electronics manufacturers. I have had two tablets fail, a remote control, and the 3 amps.
