  1. I was an idiot. There were 3 switches controlling the floodlights. Once I discovered this I was able to correct the problem. Part of the issue was many said that white wires weren't travelers. In my case this wasn't true. The main box(where power originated) the switch had two black wires and a white wire on the switch. Once I realized there was a 3rd box(I know...but it's by a back door that I never use) I wired it as I had originally. I then turned the switch on in he 3rd box and viola...lights. After some analyzing the wiring was complete. The wiring was far from standard and this may be attributed to the age of the house(22 years). There was only 1 red wire in the mix and it was in the 3rd box by the back door...the forgotten door. Anyway... all 3 switches work normally now. The AV company has added the lights to Control4 and I'm a happy man. Thanks for all of your help, advice, and offers of service. It's truly appreciated.
  2. Black wire connected to hot, red connected to load, neutral and ground pig tailed in, yellow wire uses the old traveller to connect to the keypad. Ground and neutral pigtailed in on the keypad, white traveller then connects to yellow on the keypad. Load wire from APD connects directly to the black wire(actual load wire) in the keypad box.
  3. I saw the 13-4-13 reset in the documentation. I'm a total Noob and don't know how to do this. Which button do I press? Same one 13 times, wait, then 4 times, wait then 13 times again? The dimmer does nothing at all. The 2 green LED's stay illuminated and the dimmer is unresponsive. I've attached a photo of the device. A37720E7-201B-4130-9594-918D095F5092.heic
  4. Hi everyone, I recently purchased an Adaptive Phase Wireless Dimmer(C4-APD120-WH) and Auxiliary Key Pad(C4-KA-WH). They are replacing 2 3-way switches for my home theater flood lights. I did a lot of research before installing. I pig tailed neutral wires and ground wires into the devices. I insured I knew which box was the starting point(using a Fluke VoltAlert). The other box is where I installed the keypad. I have been over the wiring 3-4 times and I see nothing amiss. When I turn on the breaker, 2 green lights illuminate on the dimmer. I understand this is normal. But that's as far as it goes. No lights on the keypad(maybe that's normal) Pressing on the dimmer switch does nothing. Any ideas? Thank you
