I have a newer Samsung TV and I was wanting to be able to bring up the Guide using the C4 remote. As of now I have to keep my Samsung handy to be able to use the Guide for OTA and the Samsung streaming channels. Thought maybe these are similar issues...

I have a random popping noise throughout the house in random rooms. I have a C4 16x16 Audio Matrix with a Triad PAMP8-100 amplifier. When the speakers pop, a amber Triangle appears on the front of the audio matrix. After I turn the amp off and then back on again none of the rooms will emit sound. When I select a room to play something, it is muted and will not allow me to take the room off mute. I just replaced the audio matrix a week ago but still having the same issue. Any help anyomne could give me or something else to check would be great.
