Just wondering if you found any resolution? I to have the exact same issue and my installer gave up. Tried everything to fix.

I have turned from auto to manual but no change in access.

For months now most times when I try to login to the homeowner site to view or change automations it’s either a blank page, it flickers “loading” then goes blank or wont open at all then some days it will display my automations with no issue. I’ve tried logging in on phone, Mac and PC and all act the same. Anyone see this before as our installer had not.
