Time2Jet Posted December 8, 2019 Share Posted December 8, 2019 The latest Nest driver seems to work much better, albeit the sensors don’t really do much for C4 integration. I have a whole Ecobee setup I got through Mitch, but we haven’t installed yet. I’ve hesitated only because I have a single TStat plus 3 sensors and the new Nest driver fixed a lot of previous shortcomings. I’m on the fence, so push me over with any real hard Ecobee benefits at this time. I do get that the Ecobee is superior and I have zero remorse over buying. Mitch knows his stuff as we all know. But we were trying to overcome shortcomings which the new driver has addressed at least some of them. Nothing new on the Nest Hello doorbell though (that I could find...) short of the Elk hack method? Thoughts?
