jfh Posted January 2, 2020 Share Posted January 2, 2020 If I go into an Announcement, the Audio Announcement file drop down box is empty. However all the files are on the controller and are saved correctly during a backup. They were there and working yesterday. The only thing that has changed is my router. Anyone have any ideas of what to check and/or how to get the announcements working again? If I create a new announcement and try to add a file, I get a generic windows error box “The user name or password is incorrect’/OK Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
