If you want more contacts and relays on 1.7 or older, the cheapest way to do it is buy an old media controller. They have 6 or 8 of each, and you can buy them for under $200. I have an HC-300 running my system now, but the old MC pumps out A LOT of heat and my system is in a big Middle Atlantic rack. I have to keep a bunch of fans running just to keep my A/V closet from getting into the high 90's and I've determined its almost entirely coming from the old MC. I'd much rather get an old I/O extender and HC-300 then just use a flash drive for all my music. I think the hard drive in the old MC is what's pumping out most of the heat...
