MSI
Anyone want to post their experience upgrading to 1.8 ?I'm thinking of upgrading from 1.7.xxx and installing Kwikset door locks. Looking for the feedback on any issues with the upgrade.
vmax5000
I had my system upgraded to 1.8 and have the door locks installed. I am very new to the system but I haven't run across any issues since the upgrade. It's been in for about a month now.

MSI
Will the POE Mini LCD work when upgrading to 1.8? or 2.0 ? What are the options going to be?
RyanE
Yes, the PoE version of the 10-button LCD keypad should continue to work in 1.8, though the ZigBee version doesn't work in 1.8, but will in 2.0.RyanE

MSI
I meant, will the 4" Ethernet mini touch screen work with 1.8 and 2.0 ?
RyanE
Yes, it will work in both 1.8 and 2.0.In 2.0, it will continue to use the 'Legacy' QT-based UI, the Mini-touch is not powerful enough to run the OS 2.0 flash UI.The 'legacy' UI will work as it has always worked.RyanE
