elee532
Had to do a re-install of Windows 10 on my PC. Can't get Kodi driver to reconnect. IP address on my PC is the same." Allow control of Kodi via HTTP" is on, and port (8080), username (kodi), and password (blank) are set to the same as they were before. "Allow programs on other systems to control Kodi" is on. Why isn't this working? Thanks!

alanchow
using a different device try connecting to the web server on kodi if that works make sure that the webserver's port number is the same as the port number defined in the driver. if that works check that port 9090 is ok by connecting to it via putty from another computer. that should resolve your problem. In Network Sharing Center, the network was set to "public." Changed it to "private." Back up and running. Thanks for the speedy reply!!
