bneiderman Posted October 8, 2017 Share Posted October 8, 2017 Is this common? Brand new less than a month old. Come home and my wife says the TV does not work. Remotes have no options. Go to my phone and it will not connect local. Go upstairs to my theater and the EA5 has NO POWER. Unplug and replug into a working surge protector that has other devices with power and nothing. No lights. Just dead. It's like the power supply in the unit went or something. This has me worried as to longevity of this unit. Thank GOD this is still under warranty.
