I'm looking for a sound off on what a dealer would like as far as preferences for remoting into a new job. I'm trying a new dealer and was curious if pictures of the connections on my equipment would be beneficial or if i should make a visio chart showing where everything is plugged in and where it's supposed to go. I have moved everything into a new rack and made the physical connections, most of the system is functional as it was before the move but some connections I have changed and some pieces have been added.
