prabeau Posted October 21, 2018 Share Posted October 21, 2018 I am looking for a way to send a push notification establishing the fact that my generator is now powering the house. I have a contact that opens ounce the hydro power is off and have it programmed to send notification of power cut and another that sends power re-established once hydro back on and contact closed. My HC800 is on a UPS. The only thing that I can think of that is direct power with no dimmer or switch is my motion sensors.Could I use one as a proof of power but I thinking those would operate off alarm battery now that I am writing this out. It's not till I looked at the back of the HC800 and followed the wiring of 2 other switches that the light came on. Got my dealer to incorporate and voila. Thanks Always learning stuff around here.
