Maybe a silly question.... but, are all the zigbee pro dimmer single pole, double pole or are there both? If both, which are these?

Typically, you don't use 'single pole', 'double pole' terminology with dimmers. That's more applicable to relays.

Control4's dimmers (and relay-based switches) only control a single load. Dimmers control the single load from 0-110V, Relays are ON/OFF, basically a relay SPST equivalent.

Both of them only switch the *HOT* side of the circuit.
