Learnforever Posted May 19, 2012 Share Posted May 19, 2012 Hi, I have dimmers I recently performed the embernet to zigbee pro upgrade. They all work perfect except one. I can not identify this and when I do a rest reset LEDs cycle blue, red, white and turn solid amber (or yellow whichever you want to call it). alanchow Posted May 19, 2012 Share Posted May 19, 2012 blue, red and white indicate a firmware failure. power cycle the device and whilst powering up hold down the bottom button. Eventually the device will flash white/pink really quickly. When this happens let go (this is doing a firmware swap). Once it is up and running you may need to redo the embernet upgrade.
