Nehsmit
Something happened where the Watch button on the SR 250 is no longer working. Everything else works fine. I was playing with programming to see if I could get the DVD pause function to work but dont know what I did. I do have a backup I made last night prior to playing but I don't know how to restore that either. Can someone please help me when you get a chance? CFUG
Rather than waste time asking about the symptoms of why your WATCH button doesn't work (never heard that one before), goto FILE>LOAD PROJECT and do a BU up the current then select your old file. Nehsmit
Is there any chance the whole thing will crash? I have a big party in 2 hours and would Ike the system up and running. You know how you try to do 1 thing and end up with 5 more problems. Thanks.
CFUG
Somewhat risky if you intend to entertain today. But, if it appears to not come back up with your reloaded file, a simple pwr cycle of the director will restore the existing file. 2hrs. is plenty of time so do it. CFUG
FILE CLEAR in CPro (before a FILE LOAD) would be my first choice but that probably isn't in your cards...
Nehsmit
Actually it started working on its own last night. No restore done. Even my wife tried to use it during the party last night but no such luck. Then just before going to bed it started working. Thanks all for your help.
