macmann Posted August 19, 2012 Share Posted August 19, 2012 I recently moved my entire movie collection to a Drobo FS unit on my network. When the popcorn player tries to play a movie of the NAS drive, it freezes after 5 minutes and I cannot continue. I rebooted my network switch and router and same issue. The popcorn player becomes unresponsive and I have to go to the main menu to continue any further. There have been several times where the player will show a box stating "cannot connect to share" I am not sure if this is a Drobo issue, network switch issue, popcorn issue.
