pstuart
Lastest firmwares addressed the heat issues for me. I don't need cooling pads to run, its stacked in the middle of my rack. Runs fine. Some have had heat issues, but I think its more a ventilation issue. With proper airflow, should be fine.
integratela
It is a Binary B-210. Worked great in my house. No heat problems. Always racked. Checked with SnapAV and can still get additional Balun/Receivers.

nelupasilk
I would suggest checking KVMSwitchTech. They offer a wide range of HDMI Matrix Switch solutions for reasonable prices.
