C4 Lover Posted October 28, 2012 Share Posted October 28, 2012 I have had Two 7" touch screens in my house for over a year and they work great. The other day, on only one of the screens, the BLANK screen saver which is set to activate after 15 seconds fails to activate. The screen just stays on permanently. I have reset the screen several times to no avail. The only way I get it to temporarily turn on is to PREVIEW the Blank screen saver option and it will stay off UNTIL I touch the screen again.I have seen many posts about issues regarding the screens but none specific to this problem. Has anyone experienced this issue? Any ideas for me to try? After spending days messing around with it, I am at a loss. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

C4 Lover Posted October 30, 2012 Author Share Posted October 30, 2012 After 3 hard reboots, it is finally working again. I think the first 2 reboots I may not have pulled the unit off the casing far enough or long enough but after completely removing it, it works again. Thanks!
