After a few months of non use, I've started using it again and it's stopped working. I dont know why. I have a feeling that in the meantime the software on my controller was updated, but I thought that the remote should automatically update after that?I'm planning on putting in a service call to my dealer but, before I do, I'd be grateful if anyone has any suggestions as to what the problem might be.Many thanks. Admittedly it hasnt had a lot of use since the system was first installed.Removing the batteries didnt help. Any other thoughts?Should the remote make a slight rattling sound when shaken (is part of the motion sensor?) It doesnt seem to be broken (it lights up, etc).
