Unable to connect

I get this error when trying to connect with my home via iPhone.

Your system is not reachable at this time. Please try again later or contact your dealer for asst. (403.22)

I know that there was this error before and it was said to be an issue with Control4 servers, has anyone else experienced this issue today/recently?

was a similar problem last month with same issue......i havent had anyone with this problem, nor myself

i would try re-putting in credentials and maybe re-sync, and make sure ur 4sight is current......other than that make sure your router has SIP ALG disabled.

and have your dealer check-in with tech support, if it doesnt came back online......maybe someone can chime in who has dealt with this

having the same issue.  how to your re-register the controller?

I can log into customer.control4.com and unregister the controller but I'm afraid I might not be able to re-register without calling a dealer.

Do you need composer pro to do this?
