The reason I need to do this is because there is no way to control a heat pump when using 'emergency heat' with a C4 tstat.Any advice and/or work arounds would be much appreciated.Thanks! Cyknight Posted August 26, 2013 Share Posted August 26, 2013 If you mean the HTML version - only if your system is pre....2.5 (maybe it is 2.4?) - if so, you should see html version in red at the left-bottom of the flash screen.That said, whatever loss you may have now won't likely be fixed by the html version - it's considered a legacy option and the new t-stat proxies do not work well with it, you're more likely to have LESS control that way. Last winter I was able to only able to change the temp setting on emergency heat with the HTML version. But with it gone I am unable to do anything.
