RobG
Hey guys need a little help. I can't get my IO Extender connected to my HC800 to work with my garage motor. My contact sensor is working and the problem is with the relay part. I have a CAT5 cable from the motor to the IO Extender. This is my wiring... MOTOR SIDE:Connection 1 - Connection 2 - Connection 3Solid Blue Wire Stripe Blue Wire Garage Sensor Garage Sensor IO Extender Side:Solid Blue wire connected to COM on RelayStripe Blue wire connected to NO on Relay I have tried connecting a wire from connection 1 to connection 2 on the garage motor and it triggers the motor to open/close. I have also tried inverting the solid blue and stripe blue wire and still nothing. When I press the garage button on the relay you can hear a clicking sound coming from the IO Extender. Here is a thought. Does it have to be directly connected to the HC800 of could it work with the IO Extender too. The IO Extender is working as I have other items connected to it and those work fine. ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED!!
Cyknight
From what I can tell your setup is fine - try shorting the wires at the i/o location, see if that toggles the garage. If not, the issue is likely the wire.If it does, it's possible the driver is set to a wrong pulse time.

RobG
Thanks Cyknight, it was a cable issue at the end of the day.
