HouseLogix
HouseLogix has just released an update to the HouseLogix Propane Level Sensor Kit Driver, to include consumption statistics. The updated driver tracks gallons of propane burned on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Additionally, the estimated total usage costs are calculated based on a configurable price per gallon. Data is exposed in variables that can be used in Control4 programming, enabling interesting applications, such as:Timely email reminders of propane usageAlerts when a threshold amount of propane is burned in a dayAutomatic HVAC adjustmentsPopup notifications on Control4 touchscreensAnd more! You can find more information about the driver and the HouseLogix Propane Level Sensor kit at our website.

malelan
Is there a wired solution for this sort of thing as well?
HouseLogix
The kit is $469 retail, plus your dealer's labor. The hardware is simple enough for most homeowners to install, but you would still need a dealer to add the driver to your project. We do not provide a wired solution, as typically a wireless setup is ideal and desired. The transmitter is very robust and reliable, and we have reports of them in the field working at great distances. We've had it transmit to our office from over a quarter mile away, through numerous buildings. Of course, every situation is different depending on interference, etc. Jim Sparkman
