I give a click in remote director, select my remote account, click connect, fill the E-mail and Password blanks. So then this message appears "Failed to initialize the network interface."I've already connect to the Media Controller via remote director, but suddenly i can't connect anymore.Greeting, and thank's for your time.Carlos Loaiza s. lippavisual Posted March 5, 2008 Share Posted March 5, 2008 Keep trying, especially if it asks you if you want to wait for director. Sometimes it takes a few tries. C4 is working on beefing up their gear for 4sight to help resolve these issues.Also make sure your remote access is enabled and the dealer of record is correct. slemay Posted March 6, 2008 Share Posted March 6, 2008 The problems you speak of lippavisual, have been corrected already.CLS0730 - it sounds like you have a bad / incorrectly installed VPN driver... which version of Composer do you have?
