Kev55 Posted August 19, 2014 Share Posted August 19, 2014 I have two hc300 controllers one for main floor one for lower level, I cannot get either one to connect, the remotes say "waiting for network". Cyknight Posted August 19, 2014 Share Posted August 19, 2014 If both HC300's are only showing POWER as on, and you have no other controllers in the house, something is likely quite wrong with whichever is your main controller - a main controlelr should ALWAYS show a link LED (as it links to itself). You may have to get a dealer involved directly to see what can be salvaged. If you know WHICH is the main unit, and you have a project back-up, you can see if its the newer v2 and try a factory restore and reload the project.
