jfournier69 Posted February 17, 2015 Posted February 17, 2015 I have a yale real living touchscreen deadbolt with zigbee. The RF module is not compatible with control4 (it's HA1.2). I contacted Yale and I was told that the lock itself is fine, I just need to replace the module with a control4 compatible version. If anyone has a module available, please email me at joelfournier1982@yahoo.com I'll be out of the country for the next week, so if I don't respond right away it definitely doesn't mean I'm not interested Thanks!Joel
RyanE Posted February 17, 2015 Posted February 17, 2015 Other than on eBay, etc. (where you don't know if it'll work or not), I've never seen the modules themselves for sale. Control4 doesn't sell them separate from the locks, and neither does Yale. RyanE

RyanE I saw a couple of them for sale on ebay actually and other forums ( not here ) I saw once a video on youtube that was telling how to change it. But and there's a BUT ! Buy one directly from a dealer jfournier69 You will save yourself some headache.
turls Posted February 24, 2015 Posted February 24, 2015 If you get a C4 module used, it could potentially be stuck at a lower version of firmware than what is current. That could cause issues down the road.
