Composer HE Activation Error

I installed and activated the Composer HE in my laptop without any problem but am getting the following activation error while trying to activate the Composer HE in my office computer:

"Subscription Activation

The underlying connection was closed: Unable to connect to the remote server."

I called Control 4 dealer tech support last evening and they could not help me.

How could I correct this error.

Your dealer couldn't help or C4 dealer support couldn't help??

I'm not certain, but I don't know if you can activate the same copy of HE on two different computers.

If you could, you could also share HE with as many people as you wanted, and they could each just activate it.
