Had a card access hooked up to my lift master garage opener to open and close from Control4 app. Changed out the opener to a chamberlain and hooked up same way and it doesn't respond. Cyknight Posted October 16, 2015 Share Posted October 16, 2015 What's wrong is that that new motor isn't a relay controller motor - disconnect that before you breaks something. You'll have to get the MyQ bridge and driver from Houselogix - or get an extra button, hook that up and get to soldering...... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Cyknight Posted October 16, 2015 Share Posted October 16, 2015 Basically all the newer chamberlains (and craftsmaster and all the others made by chamberlain) are 'MyQ' compatible or have their own branded variety - those are all no-relay motors.
