RobG Posted October 26, 2015 Share Posted October 26, 2015 Quick question, if your 4sight subscription is expired and your VPN goes down is there a temporary way to connect to 2.8 remotely with the iPhone app? Read online that you can, even though it is not recommended, do port forwarding. I have tried port forwarding port 5100 but I get on the app "unable to connect... A 4Sight subscription is required to connect to your system remotely. Please contact your Control4 dealer to obtain 4Sight. (403.21)". Any help would be appreciated.
