c4toys Posted December 11, 2015 Share Posted December 11, 2015 I have setup announcement per the instruction... The trigger works (3-button kp) all av gear switches to the right inputs. No sound is played, then switches right back to original source 2 second later.. the drive properties show the correct announcement info my living room is connected HDMI and distr. audio is sony m1000.. amps come on, sources change, when blank- not even static.. any help is appreciatedThanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You will need to submit a ticket for support with the following information.Did the wav file get created?Did the the event for the advanced announcements get executed?Which voice are you using?Did you have a valid licence or active trial?Are you using a voice which requires a registration key?
