melfeky Posted February 21, 2016 Share Posted February 21, 2016 Hello, I have the latest version of composer pro installed on a new laptop. I can't seem to log in using my account. I have tried adding users and associate them with licence, then enable them; but no hope. I can't even use my main user account. The weird thing is, after composer pro refuses to verify the licence, it gets activated on the website !. I tried deactivating it and starting composer again and same thing happened (Composer doesn't verify the licence but it gets activated on the website). msgreenf Posted February 21, 2016 Share Posted February 21, 2016 this is more of a dealer forum question, but you have to fix this on your dealer account. Your email has no more activations left on it. You have to delete the old one from the portal or add additional activations. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
