davinm
I have a relay/contact extender that won't identify. How do I manually identify? ie what is the format for the network address? Thanks.
neil12011
you have to put in the mac address...In all of my experience, I have NEVER manually id'd a device....A device that wont id usually wont work properly if you manually do it...why won't it id? can you see it in system manager? davinm
Yeah - a frustrating one - this device identifies on zigbee but then seems to die. Shows as online in zigbee network status but doesn't show up in system manager. I'm hoping that if I can put in a correct network address then it may come to life. Do you know the format for entering the MAC address ie c4:contactrelay-000fff006e4e. I will send you a beer from NZ if I get it working!
Matt
The Contact Relay Extender doesn’t show up in system manager, neither does the amp, switch, turner or any zigbee devices.
mbachrach
I was able to identify via standard IP address 192.168.x.x - it will switch to the UUID.
