rus_teee Posted September 3, 2016 Share Posted September 3, 2016 Hi Guys, quite new to control4 and im not sure how to fix this. i've just updated my EA1 and i can login fine on my Samsung S7 to control it, however on my iPad it is saying I need a 4sight license for remote sign in? I'm on the same network as the control4 so i have no idea why it would be working on one device but not another. Any help would be great! knowitall Posted September 4, 2016 Share Posted September 4, 2016 Make sure iPad is on wifi and same network as the processor. Most likely the IP address changed of the processor, so you can delete the system off your iPad and then add it again, or find the new IP address of the processor and change it in the app. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
